# Prompt Tracker — MCP Server + Web Dashboard Track every prompt, every task, every status across Claude Code sessions. A universal MCP server that gives you full visibility into what Claude Code is doing — with a real-time web dashboard for review, testing, and feedback. ## What It Does When you work with Claude Code, every interaction disappears after the session ends.
